Before launching Rooted Bloom Marketing, I spent years working in customer service and account management, helping clients solve problems, build long-term relationships, and feel supported every step of the way. Those experiences shaped how I do business today - and they're the foundation of every client relationship I build.

Over time, I discovered a passion for helping local businesses grow. I saw so many incredible business owners delivering exceptional work but struggling to get found online. That's when I realized I could combine my love of working with people and my passion for local marketing into something meaningful.

Today, through Rooted Bloom Marketing, I help businesses throughout Northern Kentucky and Cincinnati improve their online visibility through Google Business Profile optimization, Google Local Services Ads, AI-powered websites, and marketing strategies designed specifically for local businesses.

As a Northern Kentucky local based in Union, I understand this community because it's my community.
